You have the right to choose the therapist and the approach to therapy that will suit your needs. The therapeutic relationship is always entirely voluntary. I work from a feminist systems theory/harm-reduction model that incorporates all aspects of your emotional health, your relationships, your physical health, your extended communities, and even the personal impact of institutional and political systems.
An important aspect of your therapeutic process is the relationship that you and I will form and I am always open to answer questions about my experience, my education, and my practice methods.
